2020 Sebastien Treuillet
Varietals: Sauvignon Blanc
Region: Pouilly-Fume, France
Tasting Notes: Vibrant aromas of lime, green apple, and elderflower lead into hints of flint and smokiness. On the palate this minerality is at the forefront, with accompanying flavors of lemongrass, gooseberry, and a hint of melon. It has a juicy acidity, with depth and elegance leading into a clean and enjoyable finish.

2019 Vina Robles 'The Arborist'
Varietals: Syrah, Petit Sirah, Grenache, Tannat
Region: Paso Robles, California
Tasting Notes: The wine opens with aromas of dark cherry and plum. Flavors of dark stone fruits are accompanied by hints of cocoa, spice, and fine tobacco. Medium-bodied, with textured tannins that lead into a smooth finish.

2020 Morgadio
Varietals: Albarino
Region: Rias Baixas, Spain
Tasting Notes: aromas of ripe honeydew melon, lemon zest, and subtle floral notes. The palate is juicy and a little viscous, but still bright with mouthwatering acidity. Flavors of citrus fruit, green apple, ruby grapefruit, and sea salt are complemented by granitic minerality and hints of ginger and nectarine.

2018 Knuttel Family 'Bill's Hidden Track'
Varietals: Pinot Noir
Region: Sonoma, California
Tasting Notes: Bright aromas of wild raspberry, pomegranate, violets, and red plum. Fresh, pronounced flavors of wild strawberry coalesce with hints of earth and tea. Elegant structure and mouthfeel give way to integrated tannins, crisp acidity, and a hint of baking spice on the finish.

2020 Pfeffingen Blanc de Noir
Varietals: Pinot Noir
Region: Pfalz, Germany
Tasting Notes: This Blanc de Noir is a white wine made from red grapes. Aromas of green apple, white flowers, and peach lead into flavors of citrus, raspberry, and light minerality. The palate is dry, with zesty acidity and a touch of effervescence. The wine ends with a juicy and medium finish with a light chalky note.

2018 La Colombera 'Vegia Rampana'
Varietals: Barbera
Region: Piedmont, Italy
Tasting Notes: This intense yet medium-bodied wine displays a beautiful ruby red color. Red fruit, cherry, and oak aromas lead into flavors of juicy cherry, green herbs, and plum. Smooth and warm, with a freshness from the acid and strong but refined tannins.

2020 Domaine Cauhape L'Eclipse
Varietals: Gros Manseng, Lauzet
Region: Jurancon, France
Tasting Notes: Tropical and floral aromas lead into flavors of mango, kiwi, white peach, and grapefruit. Juicy and citrusy, it has a medium body and a long finish. This wine is great if you love both Viognier and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing the body and floral tones of the former with the tropical and fruity notes of the latter.

2018 Spring Seed 'Scarlet Runner'
Varietals: Shiraz
Region: McLaren Vale, Australia
Tasting Notes: This wine opens with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and oak.  The red fruit aromas lead into flavors of plum and sour cherry that are complemented by minerality, leather, and black pepper.  A full-bodied Shiraz with silky tannins and medium acidity.

January 2022

2020 Noble Hill Sur Lie
Varietals: Chenin Blanc
Region: Simonsberg-Paarl, South Africa
Tasting Notes: The wine is fermented with wild yeast populations and left to age on its fine lees for nine months with regular stirring, allowing it to develop fullness and depth. The result: intricately layered aromas of fresh lime blossom, honeydew melon, and green apple, leading into notes of tropical fruit and citrus on the silky palate.

2019 Remhoogte 'Free to Be' Red
Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon & Cinsault
Region: Stellenbosch, South Africa
Tasting Notes: Bountiful red fruit, plum, and smoky aromas lead into a palate with flavors of red cherry, raspberry, black currant, and pepper. Unfined and unfiltered, it is medium-bodied with bright, juicy acidity and a long, earthy finish.

December 2021

Antech Brut Tradition
Varietals: Mauzac, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay
Region: Limoux, France
Tasting Notes: Aromas of peach, pear, and honeysuckle lead into classic Mauzac flavors of apple, honey, and grass. Mauzac is also known for contributing high acidity, which lifts this wine and makes it feel very fresh. Produced in the traditional method, it drinks a lot like Champagne with a steady balance of fruitiness and toastiness.
