Domaine La Florane Echevin

Domaine La Florane Echevin is a Syrah-dominated wine. It opens with aromas of blackberries and blueberries that lead into more complex hints of tobacco and vanilla.  It is fresh and fruity on the palate, with notes of red cherry and strawberry.  Its supple tannins lead into a long and balanced finish, with lingering flavors of black pepper, baking spice, and leather. The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of concrete and French oak. This allows the tannins to round out and flavors to develop, without being overpowered by the oak.
