Two Mountain Winery 'Hidden Horse' Red
Tasting Notes: This robust blend of showcases the incredible quality of Washington's premier Rattlesnake Hills region. Rich aromas of dark berries and black cherry are joined on the palate by notes of tobacco, white pepper, vanilla, and toasted oak. Smooth tannins lead into a memorable finish.
Named after the majestic view of Mt. Rainier and Mt. Adams which can be seen from the vineyards, Two Mountain Winery was founded in 2000. The Rawn family had been fruit farmers in Yakima Valley for more than 50 years when they decided to convert a cherry orchard to vines. Brothers Matthew and Patrick follow a minimalistic approach to growing and making wine. They feel they have an obligation to "operate in a way that ensures the next generation inherits a world worthy of their potential." Through their tireless efforts, Two Mountain became Washington State's first certified sustainable vineyard.
