Isle of Man Creamery 'Islander' Red Cheddar
The Isle of Man has a long history producing cheese, and their eponymous creamery is quite proud of that fact. They source all their milk from within 15 miles of their co-op, ensuring freshness and quality. Their aged "Red Cheddar" is in fact Red Leicester, a hard English cheese that's nutty and crumbly with hints of caramel. Great on a cheese board, or try it melted on Burgers. Pair with Merlot, Bordeaux, Rioja, and other medium-to-full-bodied red wines.
