Remhoogte 'Free to Be' Weisser Riesling
Tasting Notes: The 'Free to Be' White is an alternative Riesling fermented with wild yeast strains. The wine has a zesty entry with aromas of fennel and green melon. Flavors of apple and citrus give way to a gentle waxy texture. The limey acidity brings freshness and length to the finish. This is a great wine for food; try it with dried fruits, soft cheeses, or even sushi!
