Paloma Merlot

Tasting Notes: Paloma is a luscious Merlot. On the nose, you're greeted with notes of violet, dark fruit, black licorice, and pepper. Flavors of ripe plums, black olives, and anise are accompanied by sturdy tannins and a finish of rich dark chocolate. 

Founded in 1994, Paloma vineyards began garnering outstanding reviews a mere six years later. This rise to the top sparked a loyal following of these outstanding bold wines. Paloma sits on a steep tree-lined ridge at the very top of Spring Mountain. High above Napa Valley and the morning fog, Paloma Vineyard sees warmer days than the valley. This combined with their volcanic soils give Paloma wines their distinct complexity.
