Mirone Garnacha

The 2020 Mirone Garnacha is produced by one of the wineries responsible for the creation of the Campo de Borja wine appellation. Located in the Northwest of Spain, Campo de Borja is known as the ‘Empire of Garnacha’ and is fast becoming one of the country’s most well-regarded winemaking regions.

The wine opens with a burst of ripe fruit aromas and hints of black pepper. Bright acidity on the palate complements flavors of strawberry, pomegranate, and baking spice. Smooth tannins allow for a silky texture and a full, pleasant aftertaste. The winemaker recommends this selection served at room temperature or slightly chilled on a warm summer’s evening.
