Marfil Brut Cava
Cava is Spain's better value answer to Champagne, which is made in the same style. Produced by sustainability-oriented Alella Vinicola just outside Barcelona, Marfil Cava spends 14 months aging on its lees. It offers refreshing, zesty flavors of green apple and citrus that lead into invigorating honeysuckle and peach notes. It is crisp and palate-cleansing, with bright acidity, a fine mousse, and a long finish.
