Sourced from old vines in the premium Cote de Beaune and Cote Chalonnaise, this underwent native yeast and malolactic fermentation in barrel and was aged in 95% used French oak. Full-bodied and complex, it showcases lemon zest, apple, and brioche aromas that lead into buttery croissant, lemon pie, and pear flavors. Spices and vanilla frame a creamy palate, which has a long, citrusy finish.
