That's because it comes from the warm, Mediterranean Pays d'Oc, which isn't as well known as Sancerre or other regions Sauvignon Blanc more famously grows in. This zesty, light-bodied wine shows off ripe melon, lime, lemon, and grapefruit flavors that are joined by herbal grassy tones on the zippy palate. It has a long, mouthwatering finish.
