Le Jade Picpoul de Pinet

Costieres de Pomerol is a nearly ninety-year-old winemaking cooperative specializing in the unique white wines of Languedoc-Roussillon, which they farm sustainably. One of our favorite crisp whites, this French thirst quencher is made from the little-known Picpoul grape that thrives in hot, coastal Mediterranean climates. Aromas of white flowers, lemon, and thyme lead into flavors of pear, honeydew melon, grapefruit, and sea salt on the savory, mouthwatering palate. It’s light-bodied, bone dry, and crisp, making it a fantastic option for raw oysters and all manner of light seafood.
