Lar de Paula is produced by Bodega Heredad de Baroja, a winery dedicated to producing modern styles of Rioja in the Rioja Alavesa zone, which is known for lighter wines. This vibrant, youthful Tempranillo offers intense flavors of red cherry, tomato, blackberry, and plum with hints of vanilla and a lovely, graphite-driven minerality. Aged 4 months in new American oak and then 2 months in bottle, this complex wine is light enough to pair with the heat and spices of any savory dish or curry.
