Lapostolle Sauvignon Blanc
This is an incredibly expressive white from Casa Lapostolle, one of the most dynamic and influential producers in the New World. They've taken Chilean terroir and married it to French winemaking styles, creating outstanding results (and personally, some of our favorite wines ever!). Their Sauvignon Blanc is more like a Bordeaux Blanc than a typical Chilean S.B. because they usually blend something else in like Semillon or Sauvignon Gris for added weight and complexity. It is crisp and dry, showcasing flavors of cucumber, brilliantly crisp apple, lime, and and white peach that lead into a long, mineral-driven finish.
