La Galope Rose

Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot

Tasting Notes: Refreshing cherry, strawberry, watermelon, and grapefruit. A light-bodied wine with a medium finish.

There aren't many roses that we carry year-round, but La Galope is just that great. This is a classic dry rose from the southwestern French region of Gascony, where you can still find fantastic values! The vineyard's location at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains produces wines with great freshness and concentrated aromas. Gascony is famous for its duck dishes, so the Musketeer duck mascot found on their labels pays homage to the region's heritage.
