iLauri 'Salto' Sangiovese

Azienda Vinicola iLauri is a sustainability-focused sideproject of Talamonti, who makes our favorite examples of the Montepulciano grape! This Abruzzo-grown Sangiovese is richly fruited with classic flavors of cherry, tomato, plum, and smoke. It is spicy, with medium body and tannins on the finish, which offers hints of cloves and chocolate. It was aged in French oak for 3 months.
