Zesty and fun, this bubbly is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fruity and floral characteristics. It is extra dry (not as dry as brut) and refreshing with delightful flavors of green apple, pear, peach, and melon. It offers pleasant acidity and a lively finish.
