Champagne Goutorbe-Bouillot Le Ru des Charmes Rose
Blend: 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Aromas of dried herbs and warm spices lead into flavors of red and black fruit. Round and elegant with delicate bubbles and a voluptuous finish.

Founded in 1911, Goutorbe-Bouillet is a small grower Champagne estate located just west of Epernay. Prior to the founding of the estate, both the Goutorbe and Bouillot families has been involved in the Champagne business since 1775. Today, they focus on the quality and health of their vines and are certified sustainable. Their Champagnes are produced in a method similar to the Solera system. Each year they use 50% of their reserve wine in the blend. This perpetual reserve gives more maturity and complexity to the wines.
