Gavalas Winery is a historic winery on the Greek island of Santorini. With three centuries of tradition and experience, the family creates wines from Santorini's indigenous grapes. This unique white is a blend of Moemvasia and Assyrtiko. Aromas of green apple and white flowers lead into flavors of lime zest and a crisp salinity. Medium bodied with balanced acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
