Domaine Sorin 'Terra Amata' Rose

Luc Sorin bought what's now Domaine Sorin in 1994 and quickly earned rave reviews from Robert Parker, who called him "one of the most exciting winegrowers the South of France has to offer." Sorin has since died, but new owner Olivier Santini is continuing his legacy and then some. Terra Amata is a dry Provence rose made from grapes grown in Cassis, which contributes lighter and more delicate flavors, and Bandol, known for its bolder wine styles. Sorin is filled with aromas of strawberry and orange blossom that combine with tart grapefruit and melon flavors. It is medium-bodied with gentle acidity and refreshing minerality on the finish.
