The 2020 Dandelion Vineyards 'Menagerie of the Barossa' is a rich blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mataro made by one of Australia’s most up-and-coming winemakers. Winemaker Elena Brooks focuses on sustainability and fruit expression; she creates incredibly nuanced wines.
'Menagerie of the Barossa' is a wine that will make you “believe in both Grand Design and the Means of Natural Selection.” Complex aromas of plum, earth, rose petal, and bay leaves provide a more rustic note to the nose. The flavors of berry jam, green herbs, spices, and dark chocolate balance with round, rolling-tannins.
