Blend: Carinena, Syrah, Garnacha

Tasting Notes: Spice-accented black and blue fruit aromas are complemented by violets and woodsmoke. Round and seamless on the palate, offering juicy blackberry and cassis flavors that are lifted and firmed by zesty acidity. The finish is framed by gentle, harmonious tannins, with very good breadth and persistence.

Founded in 2003, Cellars Can Blau is located in the Catalunya region of Spain. The Mediterranean climate is characterized by dry summers and cool autumns. All of the vineyards are dry farmed, without the use of pesticides or herbicides, and the winery uses 100% of its own solar power. Their vines are hand harvested allowing them to pick the best grapes for their wines.
