Caves du Prieure Sancerre

Domaine des Caves is a small estate known for producing high quality Sancerre.  Caves du Prieur is a bright and refreshing wine with a touch of acidity.  Aromas of pear and citrus compliment flavors of apple, herbs, and lemon zest.  The minerality leads to a dry, but long finish.  Sancerre is a great choice to pair with seafood or to be drunk on its own.
