Caduceus Cellars Merkin 'Chupacabra' Rosso

Over the years we've had many requests for "the Tool wine," and well, here it is. Merkin Chupacabra Rosso is made by none other than Maynard James Keenan, the lead singer of Tool and now one of the wine world's hippest producers thanks to his unconventional choice of region - Arizona. You wouldn't think great wine can come from Arizona, but this classic Rhone-style blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, and Grenache is a prime example of how Mediterranean grapes thrive in the state's hot, desert-like climate. Flavors of ripe berries, leather, and violets are accented by hints of white pepper, tobacco, and aromatic spices.
