- Additional information
A blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec. Still a young wine, this is on track to be one of the best vintages yet. Aromas of cassis, bay leaf, and mint frame the nose, leading into flavors of blackberry, currant, and dark cherries on a bright, gorgeously balanced palate. Firm tannins set the stage for a lengthy finish. This earned scores of 99 Points, James Suckling; 98 Points, Wine Advocate; 98 Points, Decanter; 97+ Points, Jeb Dunnick; and 94 Points, Wine Spectator.
