Fog Theory Pinot Noir
Central Coast, California
Tastes Like: Dark Cherry, Pomegranate, Plum, Baking Spices
Fog Theory, a bolder style of Pinot sourced from the cool, maritime vineyards in CA’s Central Coast, is the sideproject of a winemaker who has previously worked for both Cakebread and Cambria. Smoky aromas of dark cherry and baking spices transition to black raspberries, pomegranates, and plums on the palate. The finish is long, smooth, and spicy.
